国際月間イベント≪国際×Health　ウォ―キングで世界一周を目指そう！２０２０≫

岩手大学国際教育センターでは、岩手大学の学生・教職員を対象に、ウォーキングイベント≪国際×Health　ウォ―キングで世界一周を目指そう！２０２０≫を開催します。
詳細は、以下のとおりです。

●概要
　世界一周（約４万キロ）を参加者それぞれの歩数/距離の合計で目指す。

●実施期間
　令和2年11月2日～30日
　期間内随時参加可能
　1歩からでも参加可能

●参加対象者
　学内関係者（学生、教職員等）

●参加方法
　①参加エントリー
　　　下記の申込内容を、締切日までにメールの本文に記載し、gryugaku@iwate-u.ac.jpへ送信してください。（報告の際にニックネームを使用します。）

　②ウォーキングをしましょう！　（歩数/距離を集計）
　　　例）朝の散歩、ランニング、部活動、学校への往復、等々

　③国際課への報告
　　　1日の歩数/距離を国際課と定期的にシェアー（報告）をお願いします。
　　　【アプリ：ストラバ使用の場合】(無料会員で参加可能）
　　　　　-エントリーの際にストラバアプリを使用希望に「はい」と答えてください。
　　　　　-国際課より案内が届く
　　　　　-案内に沿ってアプリをダウンロード、国際課アカウントをフォローし、イベントに参加
　　　　　-アプリ内の情報より、国際課で距離を集計をします。

　参加エントリーし、ウォーキングを実施・報告後、国際課に受け取りにいらしてください。

Iwate University International Education Center is looking for participants in the Gandai walking event "Stay Healthy! Go around the world by walking!" The details are as follows.

● Contest outline
　Aim to go around the world (about 40,000 km) with the total number of steps/distance of each participant.

● Event period: Nov.2^nd - 30^th

● Qualifications:
　All university students, faculties, staffs

● How to participate
　① Participation entry
　　　Send e-mail with following information to gryugaku@iwate-u.ac.jp by sign up deadline
　　　(You will use a nickname when you share the number of steps/distance)

　③ Share (report) your number of steps/distance with the international office.

　　　　　-You will receive an e-mail from the international office how to join the event.
　　　　　-We will total the distance from the information in the App.
