"74th Kozukata Festival", the Iwate University Festival, is right around the corner.
It's that time of year again, and we couldn't be more excited to invite you to the 74th Kozukata Festival, the much-anticipated Iwate University extravaganza. Mark your calendars for a fantastic weekend on Saturday, October 21st, and Sunday, October 22nd. This year, we're diving headfirst into the theme of「驀」 (まっしぐら), which signifies a straight path forward. It's all about inspiring our students and the local community to overcome challenges and stride boldly into the future.

An Event Packed with Joy and Inspiration

Prepare for a weekend brimming with joy and inspiration at the Kozukata Festival. You will find an abundance of experiences to cherish. It's not just about the appealing food and engaging workshops brought to you by the talented students of Iwate University. We've also got a show ready to take on the big stage, but that's not all; we've got some exciting special guests lined up this year: the delightful comedy duo "Time Machine Sangou" (https://www.ohtapro.co.jp/talent/timemachinesangou.html) and the ever-entertaining "Fruit Punch" (https://profile.yoshimoto.co.jp/talent/detail?id=618). We're also thrilled to introduce our international student, Shen Xinbei, from China, who will grace the stage with her traditional performance. Let's come together to support her and cheer her on as she showcases her remarkable talent!

Our international friends have prepared an impressive assortment of dishes that will tantalize your taste buds. Whether you crave the savory delights of Yakitori and Xiao Long Bao from the Chinese students' group, the mouthwatering Roti Canai, Malaysian Chicken Curry, and Teh Tarik from the Malaysian students' group, or the delectable Boortsog, Huushuur, and Buuz from the Mongolian students' group, you'll find a wealth of culinary treasures to explore. If you're craving something more substantial, don't miss the Bangladesh booth, where you can savor the flavors of Chicken Masala, Black Lemon Tea, Halim, and Khichuri, and don't forget to satisfy your sweet tooth with irresistible Thai street food desserts like toast to round off your meal!

Join the Global Village Gaming Fun

On that day, our international office's Global Village is hosting an amusing board game event in the free space area right in front of the Global Village. It's the perfect opportunity to indulge in some friendly competition while striking up conversations with fellow university students throughout the festival. Whether you're a board game enthusiast or just looking for a fun way to spend your day, this event promises endless enjoyment. Make sure to drop by!

เทศกาลโคซูกาตะครั้งที่ 74

งานเทศกาลของมหาวิทยาลัยอิวาเตะ

ใกล้เข้ามาแล้วกับงานเทศกาลมหาวิทยาลัยอิวาเตะ ในปีนี้จัดขึ้นในวันเสาร์ที่ 21 และอาทิตย์ที่22 ตุลาคมที่จะถึงนี้ โดยธีมงานในปีนี้คือ 「驀」 (まっしぐら) ซึ่งมีความหมายว่า ก้าวไปข้างหน้า เพื่อสื่อเป็นแรงผลักดันให้นักเรียนและผู้คนในท้องที่ ร่วมทำงานฝ่าฟันความยากลำบากและมุ่งมั่นตั้งใจเพื่อไปสู่อนาคตที่สดใส

ภายในงานพบกับบูธขายอาหารมากมายและกิจกรรมเวิร์คชอปจากนักศึกษา และมีงานแสดงบนเวทีใหญ่ภายในงาน โดยในปีนี้แขกรับเชิญพิเศษ "Time Machine Sangou"( https://www.ohtapro.co.jp/talent/timemachinesangou.html) และ "Fruit Punch"! นักแสดงตลกชาวญี่ปุ่น ที่จะมาสร้างความสุขและเสียงหัวเราะให้กับทุกคนกัน นอกจากนี้เราขอแนะนำ Shen Xinbei นักเรียนต่างชาติของเราจากประเทศจีน ซึ่งจะขึ้นแสดงการร่ายรำแบบจีนดั้งเดิมบนเวที มาร่วมกันสนับสนุนและให้กำลังใจเธอกัน

ภายในงานทุกคนสามารถลิ้มลองอาหารนานาชาติจากเพื่อนๆนานาชาติของเราได้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ยากิโทริ และ เสี่ยวหลงเปา จากกลุ่มเพื่อนชาวจีน, โรตีจาไน แกงไก่ และชาชัก ของมาเลเซีย, บูร์ทซ็อก ฮูชัว บูซ จากมองโกเลีย หากคุณต้องการอาหารจานหลัก คุณสามารถไปที่บูธบังกลาเทศ และจัดมาซาลาไก่ ฮาลิม คิชูรี และชาเลมอน ได้เลยจุกๆ และอาจปิดท้ายมื้ออาหารของคุณด้วยขนมปังปิ้ง ขนมสตรีทฟู้ดไทยที่คุ้นเคย

ในวันนั้นทาง International Office ยังได้มีการจัดกิจกรรมให้ทุกคนได้ร่วมสนุกเล่นบอร์ดเกมกันที่บริเวณ Free Space, Global Village ที่ทุกคนสามารถมาร่วมสนุกเล่นเกมกับเพื่อน ๆ ในมหาวิทยาลัยได้อีกด้วย หากมีเวลาอย่าลืมแวะมาเดินเล่น กินดื่ม และร่วมสนุกกับเพื่อน ๆ กันได้ที่งานเทศกาลโคซูกาตะ มหาวิทยาลัยอิวาเตะกันได้ แล้วเจอกัน!
