先週のグローバルビレッジイベントは、イスラムの黄金時代における文化、文芸、芸術、技術革新についての講義でした。様々な地域からの影響を受け、黄金時代と呼ばれるにふさわしい発展を遂げた歴史に迫りました。

Last week's Global Village event was a presentation on artistic wonders of the Islamic Golden Age. Featured were examples of artistic advances based on science, mathematics, philosophy, and literature from a number of cultures and regions during this dynamic era of world history.

次回のイベントは、12月16日(金)12時10分から13時まで、再生可能なエネルギーについて、多言語で皆さんと一緒に話し合います。専門知識不要‼お昼御飯を食べながらでOK!様々な国の学生とエネルギーについて考えてみたいあなたの参加をお待ちしています。

The next event will be a multilingual discussion on renewable energy. Laypersons and experts alike are welcome--specialized knowledge is not required. Dec 16, 12:10-1 pm, Global Village Lounge.
