Last Week's Global Village Event!

SCIP国際研修イタリアでイタリア・カラーラ・アカデミア美術大学に海外研修に行く学生が、自らがデザインして創作した地元の素材を使用して作成したランプシェード、水引、宝箱を持ち寄り、英語でプレゼンを行いました。具体的な作り方や作成中の苦労、作品テーマを選んだ理由など、質問が飛び交い、参加者はコメントや感想を出し合いました。

Last week at the Global Village, SCIP students bound for Accademia di Belle Arte di Carrara, Italy, practiced English presentations about their artworks designed with local materials and motifs. Presenters shared their creation process, as well as their own artistic sensibilities. The presentations were followed by an interactive critique and Q/A session.

次回は1月25日（水）12時―13時、スマイリ・ジム先生によるスコットランド文化紹介です。ウィリアム先生のアメリカ英語とスマイリ先生のスコットランド英語の違いを聴き比べると面白いかもしれませんね。ランチ持参で気軽にご参加ください。
