『科学喫茶　～「香り」について、ちょこっとおしゃべりしませんか？～』

科学の楽しさを広めたい！ということで、岩手大学工学部学生有志により、サイエンスカフェを開催いたします。今回は岩手大学理工学部化学・生命理工学科から嶋田和明教授をお招きし、「香料の化学」について楽しいお話を頂きます。
「ハーブはどうしていい香りがするの？」「香料ってどんな種類があるの？」「香りってどうやって研究されてるの？」不思議で魅力的な「香り」について、軽食を楽しみながらみんなでおしゃべりしましょう！

　"Chemistry of Fragrance "

Iwate university engineering students are going to host a science cafe. Let's enjoy talking about fragrance with snacks! Dr. Shimada, from Faculty of Science and Engineering is going to give us a lecture about
chemistry of fragrance. Have you ever thought about the reason why herbs smell nice? We, "科学喫茶 kagakukissa", hope you will have a nice time, and have an interest in chemistry.

everone's welcome, but the lecture is going to be in Japanese
　参加料100円(軽食代含む)、申し込み不要
Fee is 100 Yen (including snacks), and no registrations necessary
