1月13日のグローバルビレッジイベントには、JICA研修で来日中のイラク行政官の方々が来てくださいました。岩手大学の日本人学生、留学生はイラクからのゲストと文化、政策、震災復興や生活様式などについてのディスカッション、交流を楽しみました。ランチには、美味しいカレーがJICAから提供されました。

A special gathering of JICA-affiliated officials from Iraq was held at Global Village on Nov 13. Japanese and international Iwate University students engaged in intercultural exchange, discussing issues ranging from study culture, governmental policy, disaster recovery, and daily goings-on with our Iraqi visitors. A nice fish curry was provided, courtesy of JICA.
