【留学生向け】新型コロナウィルス感染症に関して

①岩手大学の、新型コロナウィルス感染症に対する方針については、

以下のホームページに掲載されていますので、確認をお願いします。

特に、母国に一時帰国をした方は、帰国後は以下のことに気をつけてください。

　1）帰国・入国後2週間は、体調等について健康記録票に記録し、保健管理センターに提出してください。

　2）特に感染者発生国・地域に渡航した方は、2週間は入念に体調の観察を行い、やむを得ない場合以外は自宅で過ごすようにしてください。

　3）2週間以内に発熱・咳等の症状が出た場合には、医療機関には直接行かず、「盛岡市帰国者・接触者センター」または「岩手県庁 医療政策室」へ相談のうえ、指示に従ってください。

　4）上記3）からの指示内容等を必ず保健管理センターに電話で報告してください。

情勢の変化に伴い、本学の対応も変更する場合がありますので、

上記ホームページを毎日確認するようお願いします。

②在留資格諸申請に関して

出入国在留管理庁より以下のとおり情報提供がありましたのでお知らせします。

（本年３月・4月中に在留期限の満了日等を迎える外国人からの在留申請については、在留期間満了日から１か月後まで申請を受け付けることになったようです）

This is to inform you some information regarding the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).

1. Please check the latest Iwate University's response to Coronavirus on the following website:

Please check the website above every day, as the university's response may change depending on the situation.

For those who have returned temporary to their home country or traveled abroad:

Please pay attention to the following instruction before coming back to Japan:

Please keep the following points in mind after returning or entering Japan:

1) Please record your health condition on the Self-Monitoring Sheet for two weeks after returning or entering Japan and submit it to Iwate University Health Service Center.

2) If you have traveled to a country with an outbreak of COVID-19, please monitor your health carefully and stay home (avoid unnecessary going out) for two weeks after returning or entering Japan.

3) In case you have a fever and/or cough, please call Iwate prefecture or Morioka city public health center first and follow instructions. Please do not go to see a doctor without calling them.

4) Please report the instructions from the public health center to Iwate University Health Service Center by phone.
