①盛岡についたら、速やかに国際課がメールで送付した「入国時の健康確認票」に記載し、メールで提出をお願いします。

Especially, please pay attention to the following procedure:

1) After entering Japan

1. When you enter in Japan, please submit the attached "Check List of Your Health at Entry to Japan" to Iwate University Health Care Center by email (hokan@iwate-u.ac.jp).

2. Please stay at home (International House, dormitories, or your apartment) for two weeks and refrain from going out as much as possible. During that time, please monitor your health condition every day and submit the Self-Monitoring Sheet to Iwate University Health Service Center. The Self-Monitoring Sheet is also available in English and Chinese on the website below.

3. In case you have a fever and/or cough, please call Iwate prefecture or Morioka city public health center first and follow instructions. Please do not go to see a doctor without calling them.

Please report by sending the following "Notice of Travel" when leaving Japan, and "Notice of Return" when returning Japan, via website.

この方針のうち、特に海外渡航に関する注意点は下記のとおりですので、ご確認ください。

１．感染症危険レベル2以上の地域への渡航を原則禁止します。

２．その他の国・地域への渡航も、帰国できない場合があるので、できる限り控えるよう要請します。

３．海外渡航の際には、「渡航届」（国際課で案内しているものとは異なります）、帰国後は速やかに「帰国届」をウェブ報告してください。

４．帰国後は以下のことに気をつけてください。
1）帰国・入国後2週間は、体調等について「健康記録票（日英）（中英）」に記録し、保健管理センターに提出してください。

3）2週間以内に発熱・咳等の症状が出た場合には、医療機関には直接行かず、「盛岡市帰国者・接触者センター」または「岩手県庁 医療政策室」へ相談のうえ、指示に従ってください。　
4）上記3）からの指示内容等を必ず保健管理センターに電話で報告してください。

【海外旅行・留学保険への加入について】
有効な保険が無い状態で、新型コロナウイルス感染症を含めた病気にり患した場合やケガを負った場合等の治療費は、国内外を問わず高額な出費となる場合がありますので、どうしても海外に渡航する必要がある方は、必ず海外旅行・留学保険に加入してください。

【渡航前の手続きについて】
岩手大学では、新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大以前から、本学の学生で、海外へ渡航する方（出張手続きによる渡航は除く）は、原則、渡航前に海外渡航（留学・研修等）届の提出、海外留学保険及び留学生危機管理サービス（OSSMA）の加入手続きを行うことが必要となっています。

【留学生向け】新型コロナウィルス感染症に関して

①岩手大学の、新型コロナウィルス感染症に対する方針については、

特に、母国に一時帰国をした方は、帰国後は以下のことに気をつけてください。

　1）帰国・入国後2週間は、体調等について健康記録票に記録し、保健管理センターに提出してください。

　2）特に感染者発生国・地域に渡航した方は、2週間は入念に体調の観察を行い、やむを得ない場合以外は自宅で過ごすようにしてください。

　3）2週間以内に発熱・咳等の症状が出た場合には、医療機関には直接行かず、「盛岡市帰国者・接触者センター」または「岩手県庁 医療政策室」へ相談のうえ、指示に従ってください。

　4）上記3）からの指示内容等を必ず保健管理センターに電話で報告してください。

情勢の変化に伴い、本学の対応も変更する場合がありますので、

②在留資格諸申請に関して

出入国在留管理庁より以下のとおり情報提供がありましたのでお知らせします。

（本年３月・4月中に在留期限の満了日等を迎える外国人からの在留申請については、在留期間満了日から１か月後まで申請を受け付けることになったようです）

2020年度JEES・ドコモ留学生奨学金奨学生の募集案内が届きました。
希望する方は、下記および添付の募集要項をよく読み、期限までに申請書を国際課へ提出してください。

【応募資格】
1. 2020年4月入学者（10月入学者は不可）で、日本国内の大学に設置される大学院修士課程1年次に在籍する、
　次のいずれかの部門を専攻する私費外国人留学生
　ア.　通信技術、情報処理技術及びこれに関連する部門を専攻する者
　イ.　人文社会科学等の部門を専攻する者で、研究に「通信や情報処理」が活用されると大学が認める者
　※イ.の者は、具体的な研究手法を記入する必要有り
2. インド、インドネシア、韓国、カンボジア、シンガポール、スリランカ、タイ、台湾、
　中国（香港、マカオを含む）、ネパール、パキスタン、バングラデシュ、東ティモール、
　フィリピン、ブータン、ブルネイ、ベトナム、マレーシア、ミャンマー、モルディブ、モンゴル、
　ラオスのいずれかの国・地域からの留学生
3. 2020年4月以降に他の奨学金を受ける予定のない者
　（貸与型奨学金、授業料免除は除く）
4. 日本語でコミュニケーションができる者（日本語で研究発表ができる程度）

【奨学金の概要】
・採用人数：　全国で8名程度　※岩手大学から２名推薦します
・奨学金金額：月額120,000円
・支給期間：　2020年4月～2022年3月（2年間）

１．願書（様式1、日本語で記載すること。署名以外は手書きでなくても良い。）
２．応募者の写真（最近6ヶ月以内に撮影したもの。縦4㎝×横3㎝に切り、裏面に氏名を記入した上で、願書の所定欄に貼付する）
